Dear Property Gurus,
Question here.
Both myself and fiancee will be applying for Executive Condominiums.
Both of us are first timer buyers and
Both of us are single child.
In the future event that our parent's HDB flats are passed on to us (currently both our names are not registered as home owners at each of our own flat).
Will we be allowed to own BOTH EC and the current parent's HDB?
Under which special circumstances are we allowed.
And / or we must first cross the MOP of 5 years from the EC before qualifying.
