Dear Property Gurus,

My 5 room flat OTP ends in Nov. My queries are:

1. Can I start marketing my flat in October?
2. Can I start viewing flats in September?
3. If there's a flat I am keen to purchase, can this be arranged with seller in advance of my OTP date?

What's the recommended steps as the intention is to complete the selling and buying at the same time. Thanks.

Afternoon,

Depending on your location and asking price, you may start marketing as early as in September. However, you will not be eligible to ink the OTP should the buyer provide you with a satisfactory offer as the MOP have yet to be fulfilled. Similarly for purchase, you can only ink the OTP after your MOP.
