Dear Property Gurus,
I have questions in regards to buying a condominium unit. I am a Singapore PR and am considering in buying a one-bedroom condo. However, I doubt on buying a new launched condo or second hand condo, which probably you as experts could advice me. What are the advantages and disadvantages in terms of investment? And Is there any different in the payment terms?
