Each individual projects have their own unique selling points and merits. Of course there are also potential downsides of each project therefore many will depend on individual's perspective. As a SPR, this property which you are going to buy will be subjected to ABSD, therefore you will need to make considerations for that financially. Will you be interested in properties elsewhere?

Of all the projects that you mentioned, I believe that Vue 8 will be the lowest in terms of $psf. And while you have set aside a certain budget, you will be able to get a bigger unit with the same budget at Vue 8.
