Dear Gurus,

Need to ask you guys a qns. Having a HDB flat which i am trying to sell now (haven found the right agent), as me and my wife is getting a divorce. Can i ask abt the cash proceeds on how much will be awarded to me?

Purchase Price : 358K
Outstanding Loan with HDB : 254K
Wife's Contribution : 82K CPF
Accrued Interest : 6K
My Contribution : 52K
Accrued Interest : 5K

Intended Selling Price : 600K

May i ask how much cash will me and my wife get back respectively? Ty
