Dear Gurus, I own a 4rm flat at one of the blocks located at bishan central (blk 50X). I am thinking if it is possible for to convert my unit to commercial use(E.g Tuition Centre/Dance studio/Photography Studio). I am staying on 2nd level and downstairs are shops. Q1 - Any other similar successful converted cases in other estates？ If so, is the paperwork going to cost a lot? Q2 - Can I rent the unit out after converted it for commercial use？ Appreciate your response!
