Dear Gurus, I currently own a HDB BTO flat, purchased in July 2011 (first property), I plan to upgrade to a condo. When will I be eligible? When will I be able to start shopping for a condo? Must i wait for my 5 years to be up before I can buy any condo? Becuase condo's will take 2-3 years to build. The 5 years minimal is to sell my HDB flat or to buy new property? I am confused
