dear gurus,
i bought a resale 3 bedroom condo(TOP in 1999) in 2010 for about $780k and the price has escalated to $900k+. I am tenanting the unit out for $3k plus now. Would you:
(1) Sell the condo, keep cash and wait for pty to plunge before buying?
(2) Keep condo and continue renting out?
Please provide reasons for your choice.
