Dear Gurus,

I am staying at a HDB flat which MOP is Feb 2020 and I would like to upgrade to a Condo/EC in the near future.

Question is when should I start looking out for opportunities as I understand that I will need to sell my HDB before I can buy a condo/ec.

For advice pls, thank you.
