Good evening,

As a buyer, one would want something that fit their needs. Right sizing, neighbors and environment would help a buyer decide better. However, not all buyers want a unit that is in move-in condition and my preference for space might differ from another. I would not advice spending too much to tune your current unit into something that the market may prefer but to market it as it is with it's merits and value.
