Dear Gurus, I am interested in a new launched private property recently, but here is the situation. The booking day will be very soon, but I just got my PR approved havent completed the formalities. Please kindly advise that in order to avoid the ABSD for foreigners, do I have to complete the formalities before I put the deposit (OTP date) or before S&P date or before S&P exercising date? Thanks a lot!!
