Dear Guru's I am holding an Employment pass and living with my family in Sigapore for last 5 Years. I am exploring opportunities of buying Private Property in Singapore but there are certain doubts in my mind if you can clear 1) Is Employment Pass Holder liable to take a Loan from Bank to buy a property 2) How much Maximun One can get a loan from a bank 3) If It is for investment purpose can after buying it can be rented out staright away. 4) How much is market price now a days for 2 bedroom ( Price Range ??) 5) What are the other cost involve in buying private property?
