Dear sir/madam,

Landed property in popular districts have seen price increase not only in sellers' asking prices, but also the transacted prices that has not been released on URA data.

Traditional high demand districts are D15, D20, D21, D19, D16 and D14, on top of the Core Central Regions, where price definitely is for the cream of the crop super high net worth buyers.

You can perhaps look into D16 as this area is an up and coming area, with plenty of developments like Singapore Expo, SUTD and etc., with still undeveloped plots within the area.

I have been active working in landed properties in Singapore and will be conducting an openhouse tomorrow between 11-12noon for a 2storey freehold landed inter terrace for $1.99m.

    Any difference between D16 and D18?I think there are quite a few good development in D18.
Are we talking about investment in terms of landed homes? If we are, I suppose that D18 is a very unlikely choice that most other buyers will look into therefore exit plan is almost non-existent. I always believe that an investment is not only about purchasing low, but rather a sound exit plan should accompany with it.

Perhaps we can bring this discussion offline in private such that the response time can be greatly increase. We are not alerted to any responses posted here.
