Am considering to purchase a 2nd floor unit. It faces the pool and at the end of the pool (around 50m) is the club house n gym (2nd storey) directly opposite the unit. Though the development has trees and balcony screens to provide some privacy, is it enough?
Main concern is the resale value for such unit? is it hard to sell in future? This is the last available unit in a stack of 16 floors.
