Good morning,

You are looking at selling your unit to purchase another 5 room BTO or EC? You will be considered as second timer and there will be levy payable on the purchase. You will also need to wait for the application and for the new units to be completed. I would also need to know that is the current flat model that you are staying in as there are a mixture of 3, 4 and 5 room flats. By selling now, would that be too early? Or do you have other plans in mind.
