Dear Guru,

I would like to sell my 2 bedrm condo unit (new) at Pasir Ris and intend to buy a bigger unit resale HDB for own stay. TOP 2017 or maybe slightly earlier late 2016?

What's the market like now? Is it good time to sell? SSD will be 4% by March 2016.

Also, can I sell my unit via Property guru or other means of advertising?
