Dear Guru,
I want to check with u ,when i engaged my agent for selling my property , sigining the exclusive agreement, he also asked me to sign the resale checklist . Now my resale checklist has his name .
if i break my exclusive after 3 months if he didnt manage to sell my property. do i have to inform hdb to change the salesperson name?
