Dear Guru,
I like to seek your advice?
When a couple divorce, HDB allow them to sell their unit "withiin 6 mth". If by 6 month, there is still no buyer. Then HDB will buy back at valuation price?. Am i correct.
Which is better? to sell away the flat before divorce or after divorce?

Evening Johnny,

By court order, the divorced couple are required to sell their unit within 6 months. I have handled case where my seller only sell their unit 2 years from divorce.
Would you prefer to sell your unit in the open market for better price or back to HDB at valuation? I believe the answer is clear.
