Asked by
Dear Guru,
I am a SPR looking to buy a HDB apartment in the open market.
I have a property in my native country, does this disqualify me from buying HDB second hand apartment?
Or how can I overcome this issue?

Please give me some answer.
Thank you.

Morning Venka,

You just have to dispose off your interest in the overseas property within 6 months after the HDB resale completion.

Hope it helps!
