Julius is a passionate and driven individual from Singapore Realtors Inc.(SRI), an elite group committed to providing top-notch service for clients. He trains and coaches a team of realtors.
During his National service days, he served as a Police Special Cadet and achieved top of his batch cohort as the Baton of Honor and Best Trainee award in Law & physical training.
At the start of career, he joined American Express Bank as a Credit Card Senior Sales Consultant. His job sharpens his ability to analyse market trends and results of consumers spending. Within a short span of 9 months, he was later promoted given a role of a Chief Sales trainer in charge of coaching 70 telesales marketing team. Under his leadership, the Credit cards sign ups increased by 40%, he was also the youngest trainer with Bank at the age of 24. He was then posted to Hong Kong to open a new Business card market.
Seeking new challenges, he returns to Singapore and venture into Real Estate Industry using his strong Sales training background and business acumen.
As an expert in the field, Julius has the network and knowledge to source and market properties for both buyers and sellers effectively.
His work motto is “You can be assured of high quality service with integrity.” In the span of his real estate career, Julius has transacted over more then $300 million worth of property transactions across the Landed /Condo/ Commercial properties.
