Dear Low,

I think the more important question is the reason why you want to sell and whether can you sell now.

On my personal opinion, it is quite unlikely that the price the HDB will drop at the end of the year and I doubt that the price will change much from now till end of the year.

Supply and demand is always the case for all market trend. 2 room flat is not common is the market hence it will still have its demand. However, if you are looking for very high COV, it might still post as challenge.

Jalan Bukit Ho Swee, this name does really bring back fond memories as I have stayed there for more than 20 years.

As for whether should you sell now, if we are just looking at prices, then I will encourage you to sell now based on the current market trend. A lot of my clients have been asking me about the current market trend and what will be the trend in the next couple of years. Of course you mentioned that your plan is actually to sell at the end of the year so maybe we can also discuss about the future planning.
