This year will be a very good year for private investment. Assume you buy this year at a low, like The Centris, going for $570psf, when property market boom, I believe you can sell at higher psf years later.

Alternatively, for rent also no problem as it is easily assess to MRT. Many expats will like it. Basically when TOP you will need to do up some furnishing.

I have one unit at The Centris, #11-xx, Blk 87 asking for $720K. Assume a rental of $3K / mth, is 5% yield. Is very good.
