Dear sir/madam, You have gotten the CPF portion settled in terms of financial calculations but you will still need to consider your outstanding loan. I am unsure of the location of your property available, however since CPF with accrued interest stands at $410k already, the cash proceeds if any, is likely to be a small sum given that most 4room flats are in the range of $450k for typical estates like Woodlands, Sengkang and Punggol.
