Morning,

Purchase of property is unlike online purchase or online bidding. Buyers need to feel and experience the unit, surrounding and actual facing before deciding. Furthermore, renovation taste is very personal. You can send $40k for Italian marble flooring only, without doing anything else. So how am I going to tell my prospective buyers? Or will you purchase your next property without viewing, just based on location? If so, how would you know the actual worth of the unit? And how would you determine how much is your max offer?

Let's sit down, work things out and not rush into things.
