I would like to rent a HDB apartment, clean, partial furnished with A/C, near walking distance to MRT on the green line or red line that is within 7 - 8 stops (no changes) to Raffles Place.
Helping couple (Pakistani husband and wife, well-educated) to look for a flat.
Lease 1 year first.
Budget = Max S$1400 per month
Rooms = 2 rooms min
