Currently staying in HDB for 5years now under BTO scheme and have completed paying for the property. We would like to upgrade to a 4 or 5-rm if the price is $300k+ under BTO again as 2nd timer. How much cash or maximum cash that we can propose to the buyer if we need the cash from the sales proceed to payoff the 30K levy,agent commission and future renovations?
