Currently I having a Co-Own HDB 4Room Flat with my Mom and I need to know can i sell the flat to myself and my wife and retake the loan from HDB? Or i need to sell to other party and from there buy a new flat/resales with my wife?

Afternoon,

You would have purchase the unit with your parent under joint tenancy. Both owners must agree to the sales or you can sell your share to your mother. She would then need to prepare the financing to buy over your share of the unit. Since you and your wife are considered as one entity, you are not allow to sell your share to your spouse
