Currently I am into my 4th year of the MOP for my HDB 4-room flat. Due to certain circumstances, I think I am not able to keep up with the payment of the HDB loan in the future and would like to move to a more affordable 4-room flat. What are my selling options and I have still about 300K loan to service?

Evening,

If you are facing financial issues on the payment of the installment, you can appeal your case to HDB and obtain approval for sales of your unit prior MOP. Similar case did took place on the sales of a 5 room unit in Sengkang.
