Currently co-own a pte property and would like to buy a new launch condo - prolly 1 BR due to pricing(ard600k) for investment
Qns:

1)Please advise if correct & est interest / monthly payment - Min Downpayment(20% - 120k)+Stamp (additional 3% = 18k)& monhtly payment of ??? before completion of project? +
monthly loan payment( 80%- payment prior to completion + interest = 480K - paid + interest?

2)Since it is for investment , wld like to knw the est of rental can fetch monthly

3) Heard that there is a minimum holding period of 3 yrs before able to sell, pls confirm

4) Will the owing of 2nd pte property cause increase in property tax to my existing or future property?

5) Any other cost will incur due to to existing property owned?
