(3) Will have to meet MOP for new HDB again? Is it more difficult to get approval for subletting in new purchase?
(4) I heard about 30-month waiting period for another HDB if you have property overseas? Does it apply to condo purchase?
(5) Do I have to pay buyer SD of 10% for a new condo during launch? Should I sell my current HDB before applying for new condo launch to avoid BSD?
(6) New purchase will be rented out at a later date for retirement income.
Please advise my options based on above facts. Please PM me for discussion.

Hi,

Yes another 5 years of MOP again if you buy hdb again. Do note you can't own 2 hdb at any one time.

The 30 month wait out period after selling condo (local or overseas) only applies if you are buying hdb with subsidy (or resale flat with grant.)

As mentioned, if you buy first without selling, ABSD applies. BSD is applicable regardless of purchase type.
