Condo shops are the worst segment of commercial property to invest coz the business clientele is only limited to the condo residents who may not even patronise your shop. Why are people still investing in condo shops?

    You know the difference? No matter how crappy the mrt service is, people will still take. As for shops, unless you are selling a very unique product, people can buy it anywhere else. Very often, people enjoy going to supermarkets to shop for an entire week rather than go to a minimart with just a limited range of products.
