Commonwealth Towers is all about location location and location from my personal opinion. With current measures going on hot after heels, developers would be crazy to price it out of the market. All developer units in my opinion are priced to sell in the current market but it is more of how does this value reciprocate to the buyers. Does each selling aspect of the project benefit the buyers outright or these aspects are purely features which does not value add to the buyers who are planning to stay there. This is something which I always mention, intangible values of a property. A buyer's needs and wants are always different in terms of priority from others.
