US$1.2m is a healthy budget, but it is also important to find out if the investment requires any housing loans and the resident status of purchaser in Singapore. The regulating bodies have imposed certain restrictions and stamp duties for,purchasers of different residency status here in Singapore. Perhaps I can work out a series of proposal to you for considerations?
