Dear sir/madam,

We understand the concerns on the spread of the coronavirus, however, if the lease is due to run out soon, then it is reasonable of the landlord to start arranging of new prospects to come for viewing, subject to the regulations where only 2 distinct visitors is allowed each day while carrying out proper sanitising and temperature screening before entering the premises. You may work out an agreement with the landlord on fixing 1 or 2 days a week for such viewing arrangements.
