Can Singapore PR buy EC units?

Good afternoon Rosalind,
You are eligible to purchase resale EC as SPR. As for new EC, you have to purchase with a Singaporean spouse.

If you are going for investment purposes, perhaps you can consider La Casa at Woodlands. It's currently the youngest resale EC in Singapore in addition there is Sports School and International School there and with Singapore government is making Woodlands a regional hub, it could be an ideal investment for you.

A Singapore PR can only buy EC units if their spouse is a Singapore Citizen.
If both Buyer and the spouses are PR, they can only buy a resale EC after the first owners has served their 5-year MOP on the EC.
