Can Propertyguru make sure all agents advertise their property properly. A lof of listings for HDB are FAKE!

A lot of them also do not specify the floor level. Then, what is the point of having it?

Wasted the whole afternoon trying to get some decent listings but ended up with nothing!!!

Hi,

1. Market is moving fast sometimes it is Sold faster, true there is a lot of duplications, maybe some fake.

2. There are weird buyers occasionally who go door knock and harass our client, or agents trying to uncut. In this competitive market.

You could have saved time by engaging an agent to do all these is property guru for you to have almost a one-stop station. In the past, we have to check multiple channels to choose the best units for our clients.

No offence, having an agent who can negotiate a better deal and know them inside out is sometimes better than trying to save that few grands on agent fee. Let me know if you need any assistance. Have a good day ahead.
