Can I rent out my HDB rooms immediately after purchase from open market

Yes you can. Take note of 2 things:
1. You will have to be staying in the unit
2. You will have to inform HDB on the rental of the rooms

will HDB reject an rent-out-room application due to following reason?:
i. newly bought resale HDB. not only it's within MOP, but newly bought (let say 2 months) from collecting key
ii. high income home owner
iii. misc. reason not mentioned in HDB website
