You can post your listing for sales onto publications like the Straits Time but for portal advertising, I'm afraid you will need a qualified agent to assist you accordingly.

Appreciate your thoughtfulness that we may have false hopes of assisting you with this sale since you are looking for above market prices.
In general, for owners doing their own sales without marketing budget, their advertisement outreach to prospective buyers are usually crowded out by advertisements from professional salesperson, unless significant efforts can be spent on increasing the frequency of relisting the property advertisements or running daily paid advertisements on newspapers to capture the buyers out there. Why developers are able to conduct sales without a salesperson involved is due to them having a marketing arm with costings available for advertising and promotions.
