Hello you,
With the recent HDB ruling that PRs have to wait for 3 years before getting a resale HDB , there are just two questions you have to ask yourself :

(1) With a huge demand being removed from the HDB market, what do you think will happen to the HDB RESALE prices, in the next few years?

(2) If the PRs can't wait for 3years and do not want to rent, do you agree with me that there would be an increase in demand for Condos?

The current rulings set by SG Government for the developers have always been to minimize any risk that consumers may face in the purchase of any BUC condo.

Dear Sir/Mdm, You need to be clear in your strategy. You need a home and an investment property. Your home is NOT your investment. You may say you live in your home which gives you capital gain in future, sure... thats when you sell your home. Then you need to buy another home. Keep your HDB. I have to agree with what Mr Gary Chang has indicated. You need to be clear. There is no all-win situation although we can try to tip the balance more to your favour. A home and and investment should be looked at differently.
