Can foreigners buy Villa marina condo on the ground floor

Hi,
Yes definitely, foreigners are eligible to purchase all condominium developments (non-landed residential developments). However, they will be subjected to stamp duties of 3+15=18% on the purchase price of the property.
Might you be interested in an upcoming new project Seventy St. Patrick's? It is an under construction freehold project near St. Patrick's Road (Marine Parade area) that will be launched shortly. Thanks and will be glad to share with you more details!

Yes, you as a foreigner is eligible to purchase villa marina condo but do take note that you will be subject to 15% additional buyer's stamp duty as a foreigner on top of the usual 3% buyer's stamp duty.
