Can anyone confirm / advise / share experience on whether there's any possibility or any schemes we can tap on to utilise our fully paid 3RM HDB unit to acquire funds in purchasing a private property / Condo? Any advise is greatly appreciated.

Hi there Mr Montano,

HDB's primary aim is to provide affordable housing for the general public. To gather funds from a fully paid HDB, or getting cash out of it, without selling the HDB, to purchase another property, it is unlikely.
