Foreigners are eligible to purchase properties in Singapore, except for certain types like HDB as well as landed homes. An important consideration is the amount of Additional Buyer's Stamp Duty applicable on your purchase as well as your financing options. Should you be holding to an employment in Singapore, the assessment to your loan eligibility will be more straightforward.
