Can a landlord take more than 24hrs to revert with repairs involving leaking toilets, electricity outage, aircon not working. There has been countless breakdowns and landlord insist on checking on at least 2-3 quotes before proceeding with repairs. Sometimes the repair to the master bedroom attached toilet can take up to 10 days
