Hi Sir,

Just to share with you, units in different location fetch different price, 3 rooms flat price can range from $2xxK to $60xK. So without knowing your location, none of the agent will be able to give you one estimated selling price.
By the way, you mentioned that your BTO is coming, will it affect you on the collection of your BTO keys if your current house is not sold yet?
Are you taking any loan, eg HLE, Bank Loan or will fully pay for your BTO?
I believe you will need extension for your current place after selling, as you will need some time for renovation on your new flat, will the selling and moving out of your current flat affect your collection of your keys and moving in? Etc... etc...
Do try to get agent have a meet up with you soon to explain more, as I believe you will get a more clearer pictures with the agent explain to you face to face.

Just saw your reply, recently there is a transaction at Blk 124 Hougang Ave 1 #08 at $290K on March 2016. Its valuation is at $290K also. So if you are looking to sell your unit, you can see from the valuation and the level here, plus your renovation or non renovation to put up a price. But like what I have give you the answer previously, the timelines in selling and getting your keys, including 2 months extension will be more importantly.
