Based on the current situation, should I get a new flat which keys is ready rather than 3 years later.

I have an existing HDB property in which I afraid the selling price may go down later after 3 years.

Afternoon,

It's hard to comment now as how the pricing will be in the future. With alot of new HDB unit being handed over to buyers in recent years, their MOP period still stay at 5 years. The possibilities of over supply maybe in the pipeline but so does Singapore's population growth.
As at the moment, new HDB units are much lower in pricing, compared to last year. Resale HDB unit in matured estate are still attractive to another group of buyers.
