asking the experts here, I have a landed property ard balestier that I want to sell which recently evaluation by a bank of 2.5m. also at the same time looking for a condo unit of ard 1m with 3 bedroom, location wise near mrt n market for the old folk n to be able move. from my case if I engage a agent to do what are the cost n charge involved n what possible amount of money I will be left with? agent service charge high? condo maintenance charges high? water n electricity bill ex? if possible to find a gd agent here to be able to sell it higher.
