As landlord, getting an agent whose company provide takeover agreement stating the duration for refund of rental deposit upon tenancy expiry would better protect rights of owner. I was told DTZ offer that.Is it true and how long is the duration? Would it state a reasonable period for owner to check further defects by his workman after the takeover?
