As a foreigner i'm very intrigue by the household room / bomb shelter requirements in modern private condos of SG. Not the design of the HS per se. But more on what type of dwellings requires a HS and what type doesn't.
I'm asking as i once saw a condo developement where only the three bedroom has a HS. And one of the six types of two bedroom also has a HS. None of the other 2 bedder, single bedder or studio had a HS.
