Are property agents allowed to collect personal information and pics such as NRIC, CPF confirmation which shows employment details BEFORE signing any tenancy agreement or letter of intent for rent? An agent asked me for my sensitive particulars and then said would speak about my profile to the owner but never got back. Can I lodge a complain? Am not happy about this…
