Anyone has advise on the LDAU application and appeal process? I submitted my application to LDAU to buy a strata landed property but it was rejected after 5 weeks. I just submitted an appeal last Friday - anyone has experience in the appeal process? Who does the appeal go to? What are the factors that they look out for? The case officer in the original application only said "not enough economic contribution" as the reason for rejection, but doesn't want to give details as to what counts as "enough economic contribution". Please help.
